Vision:

Students who are joyful, healthy and active for life (PE).

Mission:

Fostering a passion for physical pursuits through quality, enduring and enjoyable learning experience. (PE)

Developing physical, cognitive, aesthetics, social & moral domains of our students through a holistic co-curricular programme. (CCA)

Goals:

1. A varied and challenging (CCA) programme and PE curriculum that cater to the developing needs of the students.

2. Sustained achievement awards for aesthetics and uniformed groups.

3. Successes in national competitions in key sports and work towards achieving niche status for Dragon Boat.

Programmes

The PE programme incorporates a wide range of challenging activities that will provide pupils with avenues for lifelong pursuits in physical activity. It consists of core activities for all levels and elective components in Sec 4 & 5. Assessments are used both as a formative and as a summative tool to complement pedagogical processes. In the assessment of student performance in games, rubrics are used to provide qualitative feedback to the students in an authentic setting. At the end of each year from Sec 1 to Sec 3, an overall grade in PE is awarded to each student.
